Spa : Terms and Conditions

Please arrive at l5 minutes before your treatment is due to commence. Use of the Spa area is available depending upon treatment booked. If your treatment is under £50.00, then a charge of £15.00 will be enforced for the use of the facilities.

Please remove all jewellery and clothing, leaving on your undergarments or swimming costume. For some treatments you will be given disposable undergarments by your therapist.

Please always shower before using pool facilities and after treatments. Bathrobe and slippers should be worn at all times in the common areas. Please make sure your valuables are kept in the locker. The management cannot be held responsible for the loss of any personal possessions. Your appointment may be released if you are more than 15 minutes late for your treatment and late arrivals will constitute a reduced treatment time.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required otherwise we regret a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INFORM THE THERAPIST OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR MEDICATION YOU MIGHT BE TAKING BEFORE COMMENCING WITH ANY TREATMENT OF SPA USE.

We strongly advise that residents and day visitors should pre-book spa treatments and packages in advance, to guarantee the availability on the dates and times that you require them. Contact the spa directly on 01792 325025 to pre-book in advance.
